These general terms and conditions govern the booking and rental of holiday accommodations offered on the website www.innthecity.com, owned by Inn the City Revenue S.L. (hereinafter, "the Owner").

Bookings

2.1. Booking Process: To make a booking, the user must complete the booking form available on the website. The booking will be confirmed by sending a confirmation email from the Owner.

2.2. Payments: The booking requires a payment of 100% of the total rental amount as a deposit. The remaining balance must be paid [number] days before the arrival date. Payments can be made by debit/credit card or bank transfer.

2.3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be notified in writing to [email address]. Refund conditions are as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 15 days in advance: 100% refund of the deposit.

• Cancellations made less than 15 days in advance: no refund.

Arrival and Departure

3.1. Check-in: Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. If the guest expects to arrive outside this time, they must notify the Owner in advance.

3.2. Check-out: Check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. A delay in check-out without prior agreement may result in an additional charge.

Occupancy

4.1. Number of Occupants: The accommodation may only be occupied by the number of persons specified in the booking. Additional guests are not allowed without the prior consent of the Owner.

4.2. House Rules: Guests must respect coexistence and civic behavior rules, avoiding disturbance to neighbors. Parties or events are not permitted without prior authorization.

Use of Accommodation

5.1. Responsibility: Guests are responsible for keeping the accommodation in good condition and must immediately report any damage or defect.

5.2. Prohibitions: Smoking inside the accommodation is prohibited, as well as carrying out any illegal or dangerous activity.

Included Services

6.1. The rental includes water, electricity, gas, bed linen, towels, and final cleaning, unless otherwise specified in the booking.

Owner’s Responsibility

7.1. The Owner is not responsible for damages or losses suffered by guests during their stay, unless directly attributable to negligence by the Owner.

7.2. In case of force majeure (fire, flood, etc.) preventing the use of the accommodation, the Owner undertakes to refund the full amount paid by the guests.
